-Graduate of the prestigious Middleton High School in 2006
-Graduating from Grinnell College in May 2010 with a double major in Anthropology and French
-Planning to study wildlife ecology and management for an M.S. or PhD starting in the Fall of 2010 |

Hobbies
|
|
|
-Soccer has been a main focus but reached a peak in the fall of 2009 with Grinnell reaching the Division 3 NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history
-Traveling, looking to travel, planning the next trip, making connections, small roadtrips, anything to get out and about to see the world |

Future Aspirations/Goals
|
|
|
-Study human interactions with the environment; how development affects wildlife populations, the ways people view nature.
-Possibly work for the EPA or DNR
-Expand studies and influence to international level |

Other Travels
|
|
|
-All over North America, many of the 50 states but not yet to the Northeast
-A couple times to Europe (England, Ireland, Wales, France with James)
-France also as a foreign exchange student
-Senegal to study the chimpanzees in the wild |

Most Looking Forward To
|
|
|
-Meeting other couch surfers that are hosting or meeting us for a drink
-Representing the USA well as fans with face paint and apparel
-Traveling and eating on as small a budget as possible |
